Delicious food with a wonderful mix of flavours - sandwich, wrap and bagel. My picky mom wouldn't stop eating hers. That was a win! Good protein shake (nutty banana), although I was expecting more than 16-20g of protein in a shake with protein powder and peanut butter. Staff was welcoming and warm. They were out of many ingredients but the substitutions were just as yummy. Will come again if I'm in the area.

I found this place in the heart of Kendall and absolutely loved it! We tried the Oreo Smoothie and the Chunky Monkey Smoothie, and both were delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh, the smoothies were perfectly blended, and the service was great. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tasty and satisfying smoothie in Kendall!

We wanted to get out of the house for an afternoon coffee pick-me-up, so we searched Yelp for coffee spots and this place came up. We decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad we did! The staff welcomed us right away, thoroughly explained the menu, and made us feel at home. We absolutely loved the protein donuts. Such a great, guilt free treat! So happy to have found them. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Our next family food adventure take us to The Avalon Miami with a category of 5.0 and more than 652 reviews, This place was on my list of favorites to visit and today we made the decision.
